How to Order
We offer several ordering
options. We encourage you to call us 260-627-8147. We will be happy to
answer any questions you may have and take your order. Please include
when ordering, the quantity and part numbers or descriptions and of
course include your name, address, zip code and phone number. Many
times our telephones are very busy, making it hard to phone an order,
if you are able you can send us a fax at (260) 627-2264 or you can
e-mail your order by addressing it to shivelyhpllc@verizon.net
Shipping
Most items can be shipped
UPS or Fed Ex COD or prepaid.
UPS and Fed Ex do not
accept cash for COD shipments.
However, a certified check or money order is acceptable for small
items.
We will do our best to ship the same day you place your order and in
most cases will be able to do so.
Those
items that we are not able to ship UPS or Fed Ex can be shipped common
carrier. All common carrier orders have to be paid for in advance of
shipment. We do not add any handling charges, you pay only
actual shipping costs. We cannot guarantee delivery
times.
DUE TO MANUFACTURERS
PRICE CHANGES AND FORCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, OUR PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Return Policy
Parts returned for
exchange or refund must be in resalable condition. No returns for
refund after 21 days. No refunds on electrical parts opened or out of
their original package or used. Special ordered parts refunds are
subject to a restocking fee and returned freight unless the reason for
the refund or return is our fault. No return or exchange on any part
installed or used. Call for a return authorization number before
shipping anything back. Some parts may be warranted by the
manufacturer and have to be shipped directly to them.

"AS IS" and with all faults. there is NO WARRANTY
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Shively High Performance will not be
liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of these
products. RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The user shall determine the
suitability and safety of the product for its intended use and the
user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
Warnings and Notice
On high performance
products there is no warranty, guarantee, or liability either expressed or
implied, written or oral, applicable to Shively High Performance LLC.; all
warranties are with the original manufacture only. On high performance products
ask before you install any product to make sure it is a legal approved street or
highway product, verify the information you receive with the manufacture
before installation of any high performance part for the correct application and
legality. BE SAFE NOT SORRY - ALWAYS OBEY ALL TRAFFIC LAWS!
On racing products there is
no warranty, guarantee, or liability either expressed or implied, written or
oral, applicable to Shively High Performance LLC. User assumes all
responsibility and liability arising from malfunction, damage, or misuse.
Shively High Performance LLC. sells products for racing purposes, this mean no
street or highway use for any racing product. RACING IS A DEADLY SPORT -
BE SAFE NOT SORRY!
All in state sales are subject
to Indiana State Sales Tax.
We ship out of state you pay only the actual shipping costs, no handling fees
are applicable.
